Our Process

Process
Check-In

After you get in touch, we will meet with you to gain an understanding of your brand, venue and uniform brief. Come prepared with any visual references such as a mood board if you’ve got a vision in mind. Not sure where to start? Let us drive.

Process
Take a Look

We’ll create a proposal with a detailed overview of all the elements and mock-ups of the artwork, giving you a chance to provide feedback before moving forward.

Process
A Little Taster

You have the option to do a sample round for a fee, which we recommend for most made-to-order products. Allow an additional 4 weeks for sampling.

Process
Cooking Time

Pending feedback from the sample, we’ll move into production which will take up to 8 weeks. During this time, we’ll keep you in the loop with how it’s coming together.

Process
Order Up

Once the product arrives at our showroom, we’ll quality-check the garments and ship them to you with a fit and care guide. Happy days.

5-star service. Memorable experience. Knowledgeable about wine.

Frequently asked questions

What fabrics do you use?

Wherever possible, we only work with cotton, linen or hemp. We care about minimising our impact on the environment and these fabrics will break down naturally once they’re out of life. These fabrics are also higher quality and far more comfortable to wear.

What limitations do I need to consider with bespoke work?

It’s a pretty open slather. Even the smallest details like buttons and tape colour can be changed. Dream big, we’ll let you know if anything is too rogue.

If I get different colours, do they count towards the same minimum order quantity?

Unfortunately not, our MOQs apply to one design. We can do more than one design for you but if you want to hit go on both you need to meet the MOQ for both.

Can I get a sample before deciding to go ahead with bulk production?

Yes, sampling costs per unit and takes about four weeks. We can help you decide if sampling for your garment or product is necessary.

For reorders of my custom job do I have to meet the same MOQ?

Yes, no matter how many times you have placed an order the MOQ stands.

So you specialise in hospitality, but can you help with custom uniforms for other industries?

Yes, we’ve created custom aprons, garments and accessories for the likes of hair salons, architects and florists.

What wine should I try next?

Ravensworth Sangiovese from the Murrumbateman region. You’re welcome.
